Forgotten Password Functionality
This functionality allows users to reset their password via email on the Main App, WMS, and TAP.
Step-by-Step Process:
Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login screen.
Enter Credentials:
App and WMS: Enter Account Number and either Login or Email.
TAP: Only the Login or Email field is required.
Send Verification Code:
Click ‘Send Code’ after entering the required information.
Check Your Email:
Retrieve the verification code from your inbox.
Enter Code and Reset Password.
Input the verification code and click ‘Next’.
You will be prompted to Create a New Password.
Enter and re-enter your new password.
Click ‘Next’, then click ‘Great’ to confirm.
⚠️ Note: Your new password must be different from any previously used passwords.
