Forgotten Password Functionality

This functionality allows users to reset their password via email on the Main App, WMS, and TAP.

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login screen.

  1. Enter Credentials:

  • App and WMS: Enter Account Number and either Login or Email.

  • TAP: Only the Login or Email field is required.

  1. Send Verification Code:

  • Click ‘Send Code’ after entering the required information.

  1. Check Your Email:

  • Retrieve the verification code from your inbox.

  1. Enter Code and Reset Password.

  • Input the verification code and click ‘Next’.

  • You will be prompted to Create a New Password.

  • Enter and re-enter your new password.

  • Click ‘Next’, then click ‘Great’ to confirm.

  1. ⚠️ Note: Your new password must be different from any previously used passwords.
