# Reverse Transactions

### What's it for?

In a closed or open accounting period, you may want to reverse key transactions. The reverse transactions function simplifies and accelerates this task.

### Reversible transactions 

There are three transactions that can be reversed:

* Item Receipt - see [Reverse Item Receipt - how it works](/purchasing/item-receipts.md#reverse-item-receipt-how-it-works).
* Sales Invoice (Coming Q2, 2023)
* Customer Payment (Coming Q2, 2023)
