Connect and configure email accounts

1. Turn on Integrated Email

Company>Company Info>Configure>Edit>Use Integrated Email ☑

2. Add Email Account

Setup>Configuration>Email>Mail Accounts>New Email Account

For Gmail

Before you start you’ll need to configure or check the settings in the related Gmail accounts like this:

Check that IMAP is turned on

  1. 1.
    On your device open Gmail and click the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. 2.
    Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and in the IMAP Access section select ‘Enable IMAP’.
  3. 3.
    Save your settings.

Enable Worker’s (user) access

You can give users access to up to five email accounts:
Company>Worker>Edit>Login Details>Accessible Email Accounts

Troubleshooting

On Google Workplace
If you get this error message
Error: Unable to get folders list! Probably wrong credentials passed!
Check your credentials, settings and spelling. If these are correct go to this address:
And follow this pathway to change your security settings. Your connection from Salesorder to your email will still be secure. Less secure in this context, means you are not using dual authentication.
