Connect and configure email accounts
Read first: Email
1. Turn on Integrated Email
Check the box at Company>Company Info>Configure>Edit>Use Integrated Email
2. Add Email Account
Setup>Configuration>Email>Mail Accounts>New

Connect Gmail (Google Workspace)
Before you start you’ll need to configure or check the settings in the related Gmail accounts like this:
Check that IMAP is turned on
Open Gmail and click the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner of the screen.
Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and in the IMAP Access section select ‘Enable IMAP’.
Save your settings.
Go to Setup>Configuration>Email>Mail Accounts>New Gmail Account

Repeat for each mail account you need to connect.
Use the 'Create Copy' action to speed up the configuration for multiple accounts on the same domain.
Enable Worker’s (user) access
You can give users access to up to five email accounts:
Company>Worker>Edit>Login Details>Accessible Email Accounts

On Google Workplace
If you get this error message
Error: Unable to get folders list! Probably wrong credentials passed!
Check your credentials, settings and spelling. If these are correct go to this address:
And follow this pathway to change your security settings. Your connection from Salesorder to your email will still be secure. Less secure in this context, means you are not using dual authentication.
