### 1. Turn on Integrated Email <a href="#jgdogz2g0jwx" id="jgdogz2g0jwx"></a>

Check the box at <mark style="color:orange;">Company>Company Info>Configure>Edit>Use Integrated Email</mark>&#x20;

### 2. Add Email Account <a href="#p2ppww47b3ac" id="p2ppww47b3ac"></a>

<mark style="color:orange;">Setup>Configuration>Email>Mail Accounts>New</mark>&#x20;

* Gmail Account
* [Microsoft 365](#_cv5qesgh42li)
* Generic Mail

## Connect Gmail (Google Workspace) <a href="#oufpwuv8vamq" id="oufpwuv8vamq"></a>

Before you start you’ll need to configure or check the settings in the related Gmail accounts like this:

#### Check that IMAP is turned on <a href="#mnr7z2nbr277" id="mnr7z2nbr277"></a>

1. Open Gmail and click the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and in the IMAP Access section select ‘Enable IMAP’.
3. Save your settings.

Go to <mark style="color:orange;">Setup>Configuration>Email>Mail Accounts>New Gmail Account</mark>

Repeat for each mail account you need to connect.

### Enable Worker’s (user) access <a href="#s3jj3888lsbf" id="s3jj3888lsbf"></a>

You can give users access to up to five email accounts:

### Troubleshooting

**On Google Workplace**

If you get this error message

Error: Unable to get folders list! Probably wrong credentials passed!

Check your credentials, settings and spelling. If these are correct go to this address:

And follow this pathway to change your security settings. Your connection from Salesorder to your email **will still be secure.** Less secure in this context, means you are not using dual authentication.
