Set Memo Types, i.e. Follow up.

Setup>Configuration>Organizer>Memo

Here you can add Memo types to categorize or give Memos a context i.e. Follow up.

You can order the Types in this list. Click on the row containing the Type, and drag it to where you want it to appear in the order of the list.
